Whats the main benefit of PetaCords?
PetaCords cover and protect electrical cords/cabling to prevent trip hazards. They are very durable and give you peace of mind.
Our product’s unique connectable flaps allow you to purchase the length you need, and to extend or join as required. You can also change the direction of some or all cords using T, L or Y angle joiners which can be purchased separately. When PetaCords are not in use storage is both safe and easy using the connectable flaps.
PetaCords are a proven product, before releasing to the market PetaCords were tested in a major sporting venue. PetaCords held up so well that the stadium continues to be a great customer. They use PetaCords in many function and events at the stadium which have thousands of people attending.
You use paypal for your credit card processing, do I need an account for that?
No. You do not need a paypal account to pay with Paypal.
Delivery dates and times?
We deliver all year round through Australia Post using Express Post satchels. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to get to you.
Do you offer any other colours other than what is listed on your site?
As long as your requested colour material can be sourced, we can make a PetaCord for you at no extra cost – but possibly it will take longer than our normal 10 day turnaround.
The best way to find out is to drop us a line at sales@safestitching.com.au and let us know what colour you are chasing, in what lengths (1M, 2M, 3M, 4M or 5M) and the quantity of each length.
Is there a carpet type that PetaCords won’t adhere to?
Yes there is, PetaCords will not adhere well to cut pile carpet.
We ask that customers check what type of carpet they are planning to use PetaCords on prior to ordering. PetaCords adhere to commercial grade rugs, berber carpet and loop carpet.
Do you have specials or discounts?
We occasionally have discounts or specials that are advertised via out mailing list. If you would like to receive these notifications please signup.
Can I pick up my order?
No. All orders are sent through the post.
